GSim 21.3

View and process NMR data

GSim was developed as a full-featured, powerful and open source visualization and processing tool for (solid-state) NMR data.

GSim is a handy software used to view and process experimental and simulated nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) spectra.
Here are some key features of "GSim":

· Easy visual overlapping of 1D or even 2D spectra
· Zooming/shifting/etc. by simple mouse drag.
· "One-click" full processing from a predefined processing list
· Fourier transformation in one and two dimensions (using TPPI or STATES for indirect dimension).
· Resizing, shearing, cyclic shift etc.
· Phasing, gaussian and exponential apodizations
· Spectrum editing (summation, scalings)
· Deconvolution (peak fitting)
· Estimation of the linewidth and integration
· Peak peaking
· Easy (copy-paste) export of data to external applications as MS Excel or Origin.
· Other conventional (and not only conventional) NMR functions.
What's New in This Release:

· Fixed regression in version 0.20.0 for Bruker processed data import.
