Cuba is able to provide you with information about the caller on the computer screen and provides you with the basic controls of a softphone. Thus, you can answer, dial, hang up, hold or transfer the calls from your desktop.
This version of the program is designed to work with the Remedy ServiceDesk and the TSAPI supports the Avaya telephone system that is not IP Office or Inde.
